thereselittleflower is absolutely right..i was fully awake and conscious of my surroundings...i remember everything i did and thought about right up to the point i got poked in the back...at no point was i paralysed. Physical touch and pain cant be hallucinated..no matter what you all try and say. I don't believe for a second it had anything to do with sleep paralysis..
