Because a beast cannot consent. See, my version is consistant, it applies to all circumstances... a child cannot consent, a drugged person cannot consent, someone who is forced has not consented... but your 'God's Law' doesn't apply to drugged persons, doesn't apply to children, and barely mentions use of force.

It's the whole buggering animals bit that gets me actually.

So you're saying if it made God hot, you'd be all for it?

Bear in mind in Genesis 2, God made all the animals and Adam tried them all out to see if any of them were suitable companions and none of them satisfied him, so he beseeched God for a suitable mate, and certain sects that worship your God distinguish between fucking male and female animals - only the male one is an abomination, AND furthermore, if you fuck a female one then butcher it, you're not allowed to eat the meat or sell it to your village, but you are allowed to take it to another village and sell it, or sell it to strangers.

Because animals are not sexy? I mean, how many times have you looked at your beagle and said: \"Hey, how YOU doin'?\"

I don't object to it. Were I to object, however, I'd base my stance on something other than the good book.

My reason is that it is absolutely disgusting. It's too bad that you need to believe in a God in order to avoid screwing animals.

Common sense?

Seriously, if it wasn't for the bible, would you go around and screw animals?

You're sick!

Because it's gross.

This is the best (and most hilarious) evidence I've seen that demonstrates that these people are just doing it for the payoff.

I mean, who thinks about bestiality this way?!

Uh . . . the sheep don't consent?
*Ahem* My Esmeralda doesn't seem to mind. Sure, I have to put her in the 7 league boots and face her into the pond, but I'm pretty sure she likes it that way.

Damn sheep will lie about anything anyway.

Um... Wow.

Does doing it with chicks count as bestiality?

In that case, you're screwed as well.

I don't do it because I don't get the hots for goats, but if that book of yours had never been invented, you would probably be out in the barn looking for love.

loling at all the IT'S GROSS comments, way to be logical dumbfucks.

i don't support it because an animal cannot give consent. well, most of them. i'm all for legalizing it with apes and dolphins, they're pretty smart and if one wants to fuck you you'd know.

Because animals don't give consent.

I find it kind of creepy that you need God to keep you from taking advantage of, say, a pet...

Animals cannot give consent. It's also against nature. No god needed to realize that beastiality is wrong.

I love how most commenters here use the same logic homophobes do when they rant about homosexuality, instead of pointing out that an animal cannot give informed consent.

My objection comes down to common sense. You see, when you have common sense you don't need magical sky pixies to direct your life.
