It was only a matter of time [before atheists started a political action committee]. They will now have even more clout in Washington.

Hmm...who would've figured that the solutions to failed polarizing policies of an imposed subjective value system would require objective secular progressives?

"Even more clout in Washington?"
Excuse me, but doesn't that assume that atheists already have some political power or influence in America in the first place?

"It was only a matter of time [before atheists started a political action committee]. They will now have even more clout in Washington."

Just as beliefs in ancient Rome had their time, and was replaced by Christianity there, the Religious Right in the US have had their time.

PROTIP: All great powers fall. No Exceptions.

The Roman Empire. The Ottoman Empire. The British Empire. The Third Reich. The USSR. Just sayin'.

So, basically you only like a democratic form of government when people who share your political and religious views are allowed to organize.

Atheists don't have much clout in Washington, so they could use it.

and as Hitchens and Dawkins pointed out: The last two statistic polls revealed a 15% atheist population in America. That's higher then the Jews but still we shouldn't ever have a voice.

Add in also that Atheists political views are comparable to moderate Christian views, at least more comparable then eithers with Fundamentalists.

For "even more", you mean "a tiny bit" because currently, they have zero.
