[on the H1N1 vaccine]

Massachusetts has passed a bill...S 2028, that will allow the Governor to just say the word and anyone and everyone will receive a forced innoculation whether they want it or not. If they resist, they will be arrested...with no cause and no warrant. If they don't want their children to have it, oh well, the police will come in, again, without a warrant, take the children and innoculate them. Yes, that's right, the police will be the ones to do it!

There are also some theorists out there that believe that the RFID chips are actually within the vaccine.

Have you actually seen an RFID chip? My dog has two (AKC/CKC), it's not exactly something that you can sneak in. They're about the size of a large grain of rice.

It is Y-answers, so Y-bother. However, the bill simply grants specific powers to the governer and any health care workers, etc. during a time of health emergency. A portion of the bill reads:

"(1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease and to prevent the spread of communicable or possibly communicable disease, provided that any vaccine to be administered must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual; and
(2) to treat individuals exposed to or infected with disease, provided that treatment must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual.
An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction."

Notice, it clearly says they SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED to get vaccine (any vaccine), but they can be quarantined if no vaccine was administered and exposure was probable. This is to protect the health of everyone you fucking morons. You do not have to take any vaccine. However, if disease "X" sweeps through and it kills thousands and you did not get the vaccine for protection then you can, and should, be quarantined for your health and the health of others. Fucking morons.

Yeah, I'm sure that that pesky piece of paper called the U.S. Constitution doesn't have any bearing on whether or not people have the right to accept or refuse medications.

"There are also some theorists out there that believe that the RFID chips are actually within the vaccine."

You mean like Glenn Beck? He was basically making that accusation on his show last night.

"...RFID chips are actually within the vaccine."

No, but they need to slip some antipsychotics in yours.

I suppose the police will be doing the vaccinations at the secret FEMA camps, then, right?

Glen Beck is a liar and a con-man who's laughing all the way to the bank, not a "theorist".

I'm not totally positive but I'm sure that Governments have given themselves the power to quarantine 'serious public health risks' since the days of Typhoid Mary.

you know they could have done that ever since the bloody country was founded. it's called martial law.

we Canadians actually use it for a bit a while back.

you know what it did, stopped a terrorist organisation. stopped em dead.

Why, naturally! All police are cross-trained in forced vaccination just in case. That's why, when they do mass vaccination campaigns they just call out the police, instead of drafting every doctor and nurse in the area. It has the added benefit that the police can realistically threaten the child with death if they fuss, so you save on bribe-candy.

What's with all the worrying about vaccinations? They're safe, and one of the best things modern mesicine has. mass.gove says, re: vaccinations in that bill:
(b) Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority:

(1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease and to prevent the spread of communicable or possibly communicable disease, provided that any vaccine to be administered must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual; and
(2) to treat individuals exposed to or infected with disease, provided that treatment must not be such as is reasonably likely to lead to serious harm to the affected individual.
An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.
The whole bill gives certain poewrs to the State health Commissioner and local Boards of Health to control a health emergency, i.e. an epidemic. The whole bill is here:

Even the smallest RFID chips are the size of a grain of rice. That's way too large to be stored in a syringe.

I never received the H1N1 vaccine (not because I'm antivax or anything, just lazy), and I'm not in a concentration camp or anything.

Why is it that a government agency which is willing to insert RFID chips into people (presumably to start up some variation of Holocaust II: Electric Boogaloo) even bothering with passing a law to do it anyways? Is it because the police officers are incapable of breaking the law or something? Or are the police officers just kept completely in the dark? If that's the case, how are they going to hide the fact that they're using 7-gauge needles to insert the RFID?

Oh, that's right - you're insane.
