What is it with the random question marks and these people? The world around me does not "prove" the existence of god (after all, that "god" could be any of the millions of gods that humans have created). The bible came from men ignorant of their world. Of course some things in the bible "were found on the earth".... because we live on the EARTH. Moron.

"Someone had to make it" is only obvious if you don't understand how it was made. The more you understand how the universe was made, the less obvious it is that "someone" made it.

"obvously someone had to make it"

Using the term 'obviously' implies that you know something about the mechanisms involved in creating matter from energy and vice versa, which I doubt.

"and where did the bible come from?"

It's called 'writing', shithead.

"that talks about how the world was made and heaven and hell and all that stuff, alot of the things that have beeen said in the bible were found on earth"

Harry Potter, London, yadda yadda yadda...

"think about it"

I did and it took me less than a second to see the fallacies in your statement.

You, however, don't think.

Where is the mountain from which you could see all the kingdoms of the world? (the one where Satan took Jesus)
Where are the bats which are birds?
Where is the proof that you can create speckled and spotted cattle (from single coloued parents) justby having them copulate in front of streaked rods?
Where are the dirt eating snakes?
And where are the melting snails?

If the accounts in the bible were true we should find all of the things I just mentioned on earth.

"What is it with the random question marks and these people?"

The question marks are an artifact from copy-pasting YouTube comments into the fstdt-form, they don't exist in the original posts.

you know that he exists because of the world you see around you,

Sorry, I'm pessimistic. Whenever I go outside and look at the world around me I see death (everything dies eventualy)

how else would this world come to be?

How did God come to be?

obvously someone had to make it..

Who made that someone who made the world?

and where did the bible come from?

The same place the Koran, the Torah, or the Lord of the Rings novels came from. A man.

that talks about how the world was made and heaven and hell

So does the Koran.

alot of the things that have beeen said in the bible were found on earth, think?

And? Death Note take place in Japan. Doesn't make it true.

Yes you do, you retarded twat. You know how I know? I'm living proof. When I was a very young child my parents never took me to church, so I didn't know about God. You are a fucking idiot.

If you beg the question enough, he might spare you a quarter, but he won't give you a brain.

I think you have it a little backwards there. The bible was written by people here on earth so these real things are included in it. That they chose mythology to explain the world around them is not surprising, nor is it original. And yet, while taking your bible as the one and true definition of all things real, you ignore every other mythological text.

Perhaps you should take time to ask some hard questions of your faith and those of other people, then study up on science starting with the scientific method and how it's applied.

Then you can "think? about it"

I too am proof that you are wrong, as are my siblings. My (Christian) mother doesn't believe in forcing religion onto children, so she didn't. She'd answer questions if we had any, but that was about it. Guess what! Not one of her several kids ended up religious.

The same could be said for any other religion.

NOT a tiny atom; a singularity. The idea is that the universe has ALWAYS existed in some form, just not its current form. A singularity, as it is currently understood, is EVERYTHING -- mass, energy, space AND time -- compressed to an infinitesimally small point, which later expanded. Only Creationists think that the universe came into being out of nothing.

The Bible was written by human beings. Just because they got some things right doesn't mean they're right about anything else.

Actually, yeah, you DO have to be taught to believe in "god". And I have thought about it.

"okay you dont have to be taught from a young age to believe in god, you know that he exists because of the world you see around you..."

And yet, you have to go to Sunday school to be taught from a young age to believe in God, so, fail.

@ME: from what I understand, it's an artifact caused by copy-pasting from YouTube's comments or something that causes the random question marks.

As a child you also know that you're the centre of the universe, rugs deliberately trip you, wishing makes things happen, and everybody is just like you.
Growing out of these delusions is called maturing.

You people always manage to ignore all the shitty incomprehensible things in the world that point to either a) no intelligent creator or b) one who is sadistic and demented.

@Tina, well, we were dragged to church every Sunday, to religion classes once a week, and to various church activities throughout the year, and only one of our parents' 5 kids turned out religious, and she converted to a different denomination!

Psychology FAIL.

The human brain is incapable of religious belief until it develops through the first few years of life. Everything you know about religion was taught to you/experienced via the environment. It is a learned behavior.
