This really is sad. There seem to be quite a few people like this, who are convinced that the government is spying / experimenting on them using wierd microwave technology to beam voices into their heads and "assult" them. Many even say they have been diagnosed with various mental disorders, but won't take the medication because "it's all part of the government program". I haven't seen an of them come up with a good reason why they have been "targeted", most just seem to think that the government wants to make them miserable.
