Someone earlier asked a very interesting question
And you just couldn't resist giving your "expert opinion", even though you don't even no the basics of the subject of the question.
Can humans and apes interbreed to produce offsprings?
No.
According to the theory of evlution, the answer is yes
No, it doesn't. In fact it would contradict evolutionary theory rather than prove it.
Since human and apes once belonged to the same species, they should by right be able to interbreed. But due to long period of mutation, it have become impossible.
First, modern humans and modern apes have never "been part of the same species". Evolutionary theory postulates that humans and apes share a common ancestor but are distinct ane seperate species and as such the genetic differences between them would prevent any interbreeding. To think that evolutionary theory says that they could demonstrates the lack of even basic knowledge of evolutionary theory that has become endemic in, and chacteristic of, the creationist community.
Second, the "long period of mutation" is called speciation and it's exactly what evolutionary theory predicts would happen with divergent species.
if one of our closest species of apes has not extinct, it is possible for human to interbreed with apes (likely a chimpanzee)
Once again, Humans are not descended from apes. They are divergent species that share a common ancestor not a direct line of descent. All of this you would know if you actually bothered to research evolutionary theory rather than comment at it from a place of abject and total ignorance.
Maybe it is possible to interbreed with one of the many surviving species of chimpanzee
Chimpanzees are a species, and they are not near extinction. Humans are not descended from them, nor does anyone familiar with evolutionary theory claim they are.
but scientists do not dare to do the experiment
Except that evolutionary biologist know that such things are not possible and would be pointless.
as the religious world will be crying out for those scientists' life
So why was the "religious world" not crying out for blood when Soviet scientist did those type of experiments in the late 40's and early 50's? (For the record the USSR at the time rejected Darwin's theory of evolution in favor of Lamarck's which has since been roundly disproven).
