There are no clues in the Bible or in any other writings that give us any indication whatsoever as to which time of the year Christ was born.

The Easter celebration dates back before the time of Christ.
Easter is named after the
pagan goddess Esther.
It is not named after the
book of Esther in the Bible
as one christian tried to tell me.

You should really try and learn something about the origins of your religion.
Unfortunately, the historical origins of Christianity are somewhat at odds with the fundie perspective of it happened exactly like (certain bits of) the Bible says, so their heads would implode trying to reconcile "2 + 2" with "5".

"There are no clues in the Bible or in any other writings that give us any indication whatsoever as to which time of the year Christ was born."
According to the Bible, there where shepherds tending their flocks outside, at night, at the time Jesus was born. (Luke 2:8) This would not have been happening in December, as it is too cold in that area at that time.
