Quote# 66904

Considering that as we find out the underpinnings of global warming are based mostly on tree rings of a single tree in the Yamal region of Russia, information that would have rendered AGW [anthropogenic global warming] dead in the cradle as a political issue if only Nature would have followed it's own standards on availability of data, the author of this entry has some nerve talking about credibility, or lack there of.

Me no speakee Inglish. You speakee Inglish, James?

Or, to put it another way, you greatly overestimate your skill and facility with the English language. Polysyllabic words do not magically generate coherent thought on their own. Proper use thereof is required.

Comprende, amigo?

You use words, but you don't know what they mean.

Source badly needed.

Dr. Novakaine

Yeah, uh, I think you've been ignoring the swaths of other supporting evidence. Just a thought.

The tree-ring evidence for AGW is quite sparse, purely because we can't cut down thousand-year old trees purely to count the rings, it's a massive waste.
That said, the ice-core evidence points against AGW, mostly because temperature begins to rise roughly 800yrs before CO2 levels do.
Besides that, for the lunatic predictions of AGW proponents to be true the CO2-temperature relationship would have to be prone to catastrophic positive-feedback loops, which it simply isn't, the Earth tends towards equilibrium, not chaos.
In summary, I don't think this is a conspiracy theory at all, but he could've done with choosing a stronger argument to make against AGW.

I considered what you claim to have found concerning the evidence on global warming, but it seemed only to support my position that you are a lying sack of sh*t.
