[Response to if court finds Prop 8 backers of discrimination]
The point of the lawsuit is ludicrous on it's face. Of course it's discrimination! The premise of Proposition 8 is discriminating against and immoral and unhealthy lifestyle that can do considerable harm to children and is endorsed by a very small percentage of the population in favor of a moral lifestyle which gives balance to children and naturally represents an overwhelming majority of the population.
