[Re: news report of Quran verses supposedly appearing on a Russian baby]

The mysterious writing on the wall miracle of Daniel in Babylon is a stand alone God-made miraculous event no matter what substrate, what writing instrument, what circumstances are reported now and in the future. This one is a hoax and while I don't necessarily believe it has been done just for the sake of discrediting the Daniel event it still could be part of Satan or man's intent. Regardless, it's a supernatural wannabe hoax that probably will brainwash many who are supersticious, without The Truth, and easily duped.

The Skeptic Wept

Better to go back to your grilled cheese sandwiches, tortillas, and stains on a window or wall. Now there's a real miracle for you.

Mister Spak

"Regardless, it's a supernatural wannabe hoax that probably will brainwash many who are supersticious, without The Truth, and easily duped. "

And you could not possibly be one of THOSE people, right?

Professor Cold Heart

I'm having trouble imagining what would be funnier: this being spoken by Adam West, or by Christian Bale in growling mode.

Doubting Thomas

But if it had been an image of Jesus appearing in a water stain, you'd be all over it saying that it was a sign that he's returning soon to whoosh you all up into the sky.

Excuse me, but you seem to have topped off one of my meters.

People see what they want to see. No need to foam at the mouth because of it.

11/16/2009 12:05:40 PM

The real question is this:
How did they fit the baby into a toaster?

11/16/2009 12:29:40 PM

So much better then any silly writing on a baby. BEHOLD JESUS IN A DOGS ASS!!!

11/16/2009 12:37:56 PM

I'll take Special Pleading for 1000, Alex.

So, all those OTHER mysterious writings appearing in unlikely places were hoaxes -- but not that one in the Book of Daniel. That one was real. We know this because the Book of Daniel says it was real, and the Book of Daniel wouldn't lie.

11/16/2009 2:21:11 PM

As others have pointed out, if the verses appearing on that baby had been from the Bible, you'd be lining up to get duped.
You raptards don't have any critical thinking capability.

11/16/2009 2:46:54 PM

Because being put there by Satan is completely not supernatural.

Fuck you people are idiots.

11/16/2009 2:57:37 PM

Old Viking

Ooh, ooh, yeah, the writing on the wall. That was as good as maintaining one's health in a lions' den.

11/16/2009 4:56:33 PM

Uh, yeah, about that supersticious, without TheTruth (tm) and easily duped part...

11/16/2009 6:18:31 PM

Apart from the double standard about miracles, why would they want to discredit that miracle in concrete?, so MANY years later so far apart?. Maybe you're projecting your ethnocentric stupidities.

Philbert McAdamia

Danny was a grafitti vandal? A tagger?
Huh. Must have been a teenager, pfffft no miracle there.

So, when one religion does it it's a hoax, but when some other religion does it, its a "hoax"?

11/18/2009 9:36:09 PM

Oh the irony.

11/19/2009 12:13:42 PM
