In case you missed it, yesterday was National Black HIV-AIDS Awareness Day. Guess when they're holding National White HIV-AIDs Awareness Day? That's right, never. We wouldn't want to be racist.

Yeah, gotta agree. Regardless of whether the OP is racist himself, this comment does not seem to be racist, and if anything, it's anti-racist.
Looking into it they actually have all sorts of weird days. It gets pretty excessive.

Do we really need a day to be aware of HIV/AIDS anyway? I'd think that ongoing awareness of the disease and how it's spread would be more useful, like in sex education classes for instance, and maybe PSA's on the radio & TV.
You people are fucking kidding me, right?
HIV disproportionately affects the black community.
If you need a water break or something to cool your overheated brains after processing that piece of information, go ahead. I'll wait.
Seriously, this site is full to bursting with references to teh Africanz polluting Amurrica with their degenerate monkey disease, and you think it's unnecessary and OMG REVERSE RACIST to give the problem special attention? The idea of a cross-section between AIDS discrimination and racial discrimination is new to you? Give me a break.
(This is Lucifrix, forgot to put my name when I first submitted it.)
This is just a variation on "Why is there a BLACK Entertainment Television but not a WHITE Entertainment Television???" argument, and in the more formal sense of the word racist--not bigoted necessarily on an individual level but symptomatic of systematic racial discrimination--it's racist like crazy.
One day I should make a graphic for these arguments that says "Because every day is childrens' day!"
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
