These new "guidelines" are simply the way our government is going to begin the weeding-out process of human life. The WHO has always had an agenda to reduce the world population and they've finally figured out a way to do it.

Watch out guys, the next thing will be that you don't need prostate exams and if you should get prostate cancer, it should not be treated. Wanna bet?
