There is evidence of Christ's resurrection. Ok, first off, we know He died...there are records of UNbelieving Romans who saw Him be beaten and then crucified. Now for raising...the Bible says that He rose and appeared to many of His disciples. I think the porblem is that you can see how this can be proved...am I right? Well if you think about it logically, then you would understand that no one would risk their life to write a 'story'.

So we're now relying on testimony from people who wanted this chap's ideas and belief to spread? They might just be a bit biased.
Anyway, there aren't records from Unbelieving Romans that he was "beaten then crucified". Sure, there are records saying that there was a chap called Jesus who was killed, but it's just that, a name in a ledger.

BZZZZTT! Wrong.
There are no Roman references to that particular Jesus until the second century.
There may have been references to a Yeshua who was crucified, but Yeshua was a common name back then.

Depends what was in it for them.
And someone's belief that something was true is not in itself proof.
Please show me said written accounts.
It would've been purely impossible from a mathematical standpoint for any non-Christian witness account to survive to this day, even if there were many people at his actual cruxification. First of all, crucified people were a dime a dozen in the Roman Empire. Second, so were Messiahs, so those two factors combined would've rendered Jesus' crucification largely forgettable to those who didn't care about his teachings. Third, for any account to be written down, let alone survive till today, is an improbability.
Testimony is not evidence.
UFOs, Bigfoot, Loch Ness Monster and many myths would then be classified as facts.
Well, Satanic Verses is a story, and though he didn't know he was risking his life at the time, it still risked his life to write it!
And guess what, it's religious nutballs who are threatening him!
Salman Rushdie begs to differ. And you are right, proving absolute nonsense is the porblem (sic). If you think about it logically, the whole resurrection story must be a complete fabrication, misrepresentation, or metaphor, and not for one instant to be taken literally.
But then fundies wouldn't know logic if it was delivered by the barrel and dumped on their heads.
Y'know what?
Stop lying about non-existant documents.
Just stop, you're not helping your side, you're just proving Christians lie
Brak-Mak-Morn was crucified too, along with thousands of ancient British islers and Europeans. No one's praying to him.
Oh, what's that you say? That's just a story? Is it?
Prove it wrong
"Well if you think about it logically, then you would understand that no one would risk their life to write a 'story'"
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn did it. And his story was even true.
"there are records"
bull fucking shit
So there are records of what is says in the bible?
...Let me guess, they're in the bible, right?
"...there are records of UNbelieving Romans who saw Him be beaten and then crucified"
Except there aren't anything of the sort. This is why Historians cannot support the claim, there is simply no collaborating documentation.
Confused?
