Many people are skepticle on the subject Indigo Children, but I'll tell you something; Indigo Children exist!!! They exist for one purpose that I've seen so far and that's to clear the world of the poluted systems that are corrupt. You see, every person has an aura that's kind of like their personality, there's green, 3 types of tan, magenta, violet, yellow, red, crystal, and indigo! Indigo aren't royal brats, they just have to be strong to fulfill their duty. I'm guessing that most indigo children are being surpressed, drugged (they have the symptoms of ADD when they aren't balanced and so are given drugs) I want people to be aware that Indigo Children are here for good, unless you're wanting the world to burn. They're making it possible for people to come out and speak their mind! So please! Even if you don't believe in Indigo Children, don't bash people who claim they are.

When is a kid an "indigo child", you ask?

They come into the world with a feeling of royalty (and often act like it)

They have a feeling of "deserving to be here," and are surprised when others don't share that.

Self-worth is not a big issue. They often tell the parents "who they are."

They have difficulty with absolute authority (authority without explanation or choice).

They simply will not do certain things; for example, waiting in line is difficult for them.

They get frustrated with systems that are ritually oriented and don't require creative thought.

They often see better ways of doing things, both at home and in school, which makes them seem like "system busters" (nonconforming to any system).

They seem antisocial unless they are with their own kind. If there are no others of like consciousness around them, they often turn inward, feeling like no other human understands them. School is often extremely difficult for them socially.

They will not respond to "guilt" discipline ("Wait till your father gets home and finds out what you did").

They are not shy in letting you know what they need.

Now, raise hands everyone who doesn't think this applies to every single 2-12 year old on earth.

Indigo children is a New Age concept developed by Nancy Anne Tappe describing children who are alleged to possess special traits or abilities. Beliefs about indigo children range from their being the next stage in human evolution, possessing paranormal abilities such as telepathy, and lacking communication skills to the belief that they are simply more empathetic and creative than their non-indigo peers. There is no science or studies that give credibility to the existence or traits of indigo children. Many children labeled "indigo" are diagnosed with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Skeptics suggest that the indigo phenomenon is due to parents preferring to believe their children are special, rather than having a medical diagnosis which implies damage or imperfection.

And Amandarandom gave the symptoms of being an Indigo child. The worst case scenario's I've heard for it, is when a woman I knew claimed that autistic children were not autistic, just evolved past the point of communicating with us.

They grow up to be the Kent Hovinds and Andy Schafelys of the world.

This isnt really a conspiracy theory.

It would be a conspiracy theory if he was saying the people in power know indigo children are real and are deliberately covering it up and that they deliberately invented things like ADD to explain them.

But for someone to be suppressed it doesn't have to be deliberate. We all have our own biases and people who are similar(such as the elite in any society) have their own biases and "magical thinking" can lead to convenient conclusions. For example, neurethymia used to be a diagnosis but it turned out those people all either had other disorders or were perfectly healthy.

Back to "magical thinking" people who think differently in a way that challenges conventional norms are threatening to people who have power, and if there are more diseases and more medicine to sell Big Pharma makes more money (and Big Pharma specifically the people who run those companies has a lot of power in our society through lobbying) so studies that confirm these people's biases against ways of thinking they find threatening and will help them make money will appeal to these people more, they'll believe them thinking they believe them for logical reasons but are really believing them because its convenient.

As for indigo children I dont know if auras are real but I do think things like ADD are overdiagnosed and overmedicated. Parents shouldnt let their kids do whatever they want whether they have 'ADD' or not but I dont think medication is the answer. Kids with ADD are harder to deal with because theyre different not because they have ADD. Its one of thsoe things where if most people had it the "normal" people would be the ones being diagnosed with disorders and they would be seen as having problems that would need medication. The problems would be different but the kind of problems ADD kids have would be considered normal and would be seen as easier to deal with than the problems parents of normal kids have to deal with all the time that they just take for granted because these problems are expected from the beginning.
