Drunkedness comes to mind. If you're drunk out of your gord, and you end up doing something that you wouldn't normally do, or allowing something you wouldn't normally allow, IT'S NOT RAPE! If you're out of your head (by your own actions and not a date-rape drug) and cannot say no, it's your OWN FAULT for getting that way.
