Besides that if we actually reformed English around their accent it would be an improvement. All these different conjugations like "be/is/are" serve NO purpose. They're just different versions of each other. There is not one time when substituting one for the other in a sentence would change its meaning or actually when substituting one for the other would result in maintaining a grammatically correct sentence at all. Having three different ones is really verbal clutter. It would make sense to simplify it. I would only have one form of "be"(and the infinitive would come without "to") if I was making a new language from scratch.

Unless one speaks a language that is spoken by very few people, there are dialects. You speak one. I speak one. If you travel around the U.S., you'll encounter several dialects. Strange then that middle class Africans in Sub Saharan Africa are usually bilingual- an African language spoken in the home and the colonial language (English, French, Portuguese) spoken outside the home.
