There are, according to the Constitution, classes of individuals that, because of thier inclusion in a group, are protected by our laws from discrimination....those include...Race....Sex....National Origin...Religion...and so on.

Please tell me where gays are included in those that are allowed special protection? In other words.....why is a federal court even hearing this as it is NOT a violation of the constitution and, therefore, cannot be unconstitutional?

Another class of people that have yelled long and hard and we the voters have said "Oh what can we do to make it right please?......time to stop that, take back control and take back our laws.....IMHO
