I want to see a law suit to remove Madelyn Murray O'Hare's name and her story from all public school text books. It offends me and slanders my religious beliefs.

Your existence offends Daleks.
And slander is anything spoken (spoken, right? I always confuse it with libel) that the speaker knows to be untrue.
And you don't have a right to not be offended. None of us do. Small price to pay for everyone being able to say what they want.
Imaginary rights relating to freedom of speech
The idea of freedom of speech is often taken to extend far beyond the actual act of speech, or taken to be much more limited than it really is. The former is known as the "right not to be criticized" and the latter as the "right not to be offended."
Right not to be offended
The right not to be offended is an alleged right that is sometimes invoked, either as pseudolaw or in appeals to "common sense," to counter or challenge freedom of speech. This is sometimes in response to racism, sexism, homophobia or other forms of discriminatory language, sometimes a response to perceived blasphemy or insults to religion, and sometimes simply a case of political correctness, conservative correctness or other forms of thought policing. The precedent of the Supreme Court explicitly denies the existence of such a right.

How is properly reporting history "slander"?
No "Madelyn Murray O'Hare".
Madelyn Murray O'Hair's name and story WILL REMAIN, however, as she is part of history.
Wow, you're SO OFFENDED you can't even give her the respect of spelling her name correctly? How offended can you really be?
You also DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO BE OFFENDED.
Fuck you and fuck your religious beliefs.
Your religious beliefs offend me. Remove them and every reference to them from every book, web page, billboard, radio station, and tv station.
Then, as you practice said religious beliefs, remove yourself from existence. You offend me.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
