Quote# 6992

Since there is no evidence, and no one claiming there is , of spacetravel beyond 1972, I say it does not exist. Implying indeed the [moon landing] hoax.

So, what about Apollo 13?

\"Since there is no evidence, and no one claiming there is , of spacetravel beyond 1972....\"

(*violent spit take*) WHAT?!?

The assertion that there is no evidence is gallingly stupid in the first place, starting with the fact that hundreds of kilograms of moon rock were brought back by successive missions to the moon.

But to say that no one is even claiming that there is evidence -- dude, do you read what you type, or do your hands just run on autopilot? If no one \"claims\" there is any evidence of space flight, then what the heck are you having to rant against here? Would you go on a tear and DENY that there is evidence for giant purple pea pods in Antarctica if no one claimed there was?

Deny whatever assertions you like, however stupidly or stubbornly you wish; but it is metastupidity to claim that you are fighting against nonexistent claims!

The NASA is quite surprised on it. Believe me.

Where were you when the Columbia exploded?

So...the moon landing is a hoax BECAUSE space travel "didn't happen past 1972", yet we landed in 1969? As if there wasn't enough insanity in the claim we haven't been into space since 1972...

Shit, someone had better call NASA. I don't think they're aware of this.

This post is evidence, indeed, of one individual waaaaayy out in space after 1972.

I can, with the right equipment and position data, see the International Space Station pass over. In fact, I'm pretty sure I saw Mir with my naked eye doing a flyover fifteen or so years ago on a dark and starry night.

That's not evidence?

Okay, I can kinda sorta understand how a Muslim could refuse to believe in a lunar landing - the moon being the dwelling place of Allah (or so I was told) - but what theological problem would a Christian have with it?

But there is. You're either lying or misinformed.

The moon landing was faked in a soundstage on Mars.

Eww, word salad. Never really liked regular salad, but word salad has a horrible aftertaste.

Actually, we claim that there is rather a lot of evidence, not least from those who actually did the space travelling.

Reading this crap I'm not sure if the fool means "beyond" to be before or after 1972, but either way he's so wrong it's hilarious.
