Pedophilia is not a matter of equal rights, in that children can not make decisions for themselves. We do not allow children to work, live alone, vote or enter the military because they CAN'T. If we legalized pedophilic marriage, it would be SLAVERY, as children can not escape (can not get a job and a house and live safe and healthy lives on their own, and often are not big enough to fight off the attacker to leave in the first place), and do not in fact choose these lifestyles. Remember when you were a kid, and mom had to shove vegetables down your throat because you didn't have the ability to do healthy things for yourself? Yeah, GAY ADULTS DON'T NEED THAT. It wouldn't be equal rights, it would actually be INEQUAL, in that a group of people, children, would be treated as slaves or objects.
When I was molested as a kid, I had no choice. I could not escape. I was being ABUSED. When I was 19 and got engaged to a woman, I was there of my own choice. It was a good choice that I do not have any regrets over.
I am offended by people who make this claim not just as a bisexual adult, but also as the victim of child molest. As a bisexual, I think you are wrong and ill informed, and I'm happy to explain things. But as a victim, you people make me physically ill, and I hope you don't have children for the sake of their safety! You NEED to know why pedophilia is wrong, so that you can better protect your kids.
And keeping incestuous marriage illegal is just people protecting people from all the genetic defects that come with inbreeding. This is not a factor in gay relationships.
