Actually, I think this guy's one of those people who gets around the "sex with the same gender" problem there by taking the view that lesbian sex isn't "real" sex. I've encountered one or two people who think like this, and effectively take the strange view that any amount of multiorgasmic bliss expressing intimacy of a level otherwise almost unattainable still only holds the status of some kind of extreme hugging, and can never qualify as sex, unless actual penises are involved.

The term "gender" refers to learned sex roles and, therefore, does not mean what you think it does. The word "sex" is what you mean when describing a person's birth traits.

To him, and so many others, lesbianism isn't a homosexual act if it's performed for the pleasure of men. He still feels like the one in control of their actions and still dominant.

But if a real woman tells him to get lost so she can be happy with another woman? Then they should be punished because they're undermining his control.
