It's in the Holy Babble ! Johny 8 :
1Jeebus went unto the mount of Olives.
2And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.
3And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
4They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
5Now Mossy in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
6This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jeebus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
7So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, Stoning is old-fashioned ; let's burn this whore on a stake.
8And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
9And they which heard it, being convicted by their own bloodthirsty self-righteousness, brought some wood one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jeebus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
10When Jeebus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, have thou heard of that place called Hell I created for people like thee ? Do thou realize that burning to death will only be the first and mildest part of thy endless punishment ?
11She said, Please, Lord, I beg you. And Jeebus said unto her, Why should I let people like thee live: once dead, they can't sin anymore.

Wasn't Jesus the one who said "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone?"

Sorry. Haven't read that alternative ending to John 8 where Jesus burns the adulterer to death.

I read about the afterlife
Yes, except for when he said, "He who is without sin cast the first stone" or when he said, "Love your neighbors" and "love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you." Also he said a whole lot of stuff about peace on the sermon of the mount and he saved a prostitute's life...
Is this a new direction the conservative bible project is taking?

Strange how you want the bible to reflect your own opinion so much that you ignore all of the bible.
It's frankly amazing

However, he told his disciples to leave people alone if they didn't listen, not to judge, he hanged up with sinners...............very contradictory, eh?

While I can imagine some Conservapedians saying this in seriousness, this time it was actually sarcasm.
for a bit of context:
"We need to execute people like John Walker [Lindh] in order to physically intimidate liberals, by making them realize that they can be killed, too. Otherwise, they will turn out to be outright traitors," Conservative Political Action Conference, January 2002. Coulter later clarified what she meant; "when I said we should "execute" John Walker Lindh, I mis-spoke. What I meant to say was 'We should burn John Walker Lindh alive and televise it on prime-time network TV'. My apologies for any misunderstanding that might have occurred. "
A very Christian idea. I'm sure Jesus approves whole-heartedly. -Prof0705
There is capital punishment in the Bible. Do you think the dictum "Judge not, lest ye be judged" was meant to give carte blanche to evil? Jesus spent most of his time telling people to stop doing bad things. -Ed Poor
I agree. Jesus regularly advocated burning sinners to death. I'm agreeing with you. -Prof0705

Remember what the Bible says about lying?
...something about there's a place in hell reserved for liars?
Yeah. If you really believe it so much, then you might want to read it more.
