Intersex is commonly referred to as hermaphrodite however it's not so simple as having both male and female genitals. Rather it's a range of stuff from Turner Syndrome to hypogonadism, or ambiguous genitals.

I thought there was the whole 'the son shall not inherit the sins of the father' thing. Except in the case of original sin, because God needs loopholes to keep christianity as coherent as it is. (It's up to you how coherent you think that is)

That´s why I prefer human justice (at least by western standards) to the divine justice of god according to parts of the bible.
Modern western justice would only punish those who really did wrong, not people whose only "fault" it is, to be related to such a person.
