HARRP has everything to do with Haiti.
Everyone knows Earthquakes can be detected days before the actual tremors. You you think? a Level 7 (cataclysmic) Earthquake wouldn't be detected?

HARRP? Looked it up on Wikipedia, nothing. Googled it, got a bunch of different things. What exactly are you referring to?
Also, that's 2 words, dumbass.
I can think of much more efficient, easier and cheaper ways of reducing the population than causing an earthquake and then spending billions on aid.
And if you wanted to significantly reduce the world's population, wouldn't somewhere like China or India be a better target than Haiti?
Edit - I looked up HARRP. Unless earthquakes are generated in the upper atmosphere I doubt HARRP had anything to do with it. Not to mention the fact that the intensity of the signal it generates is less than the Sun's natural electromagnetic radiation reaching the earth.
Second edit - "1 Word..... Population Control" Is this a poe?
Science fail. Detecting an earthquake before there are any actual tremors doesn't work since seismographs measure the strength of vibrations in the ground.
And what is HARRP? And while we're at it, what is this "New World Order" that you keep accusing me of being part of? I'm flattered that you seem to think that all of us liberals get along well enough to organize like that and share the exact same values, but I've honestly never heard of any massive organizations like that.
First of all, it's HAARP, not HARRP. Secondly, there's no way it can trigger earthquakes. Thirdly, earthquakes have occurred long before HAARP ever came on line.
I guess this is yet another conspiracy theory that's going to be making the rounds forever.
Oh god, I think im going to die, that was just to funny to chomprehend, he must have been a troll, or that last bith must have been a line from zoolander (one word - population control)
1) HAARP has nothing to do with seismic activity. Even your own crazy conspiracy theories seem to back that up.
2) You can not detect an earthquake prior to the tremors. They can be used to calculate the probability of a catastrophic earthquake hitting a location in X amount of years/decades/centuries based on historical trends and recent changes in activity, but earthquakes do not give off a magical warning signal of some kind a few days in advance. Even the rough predictions are based entirely off tremors.
3) A 7.0 earthquake can definitely be measured when it occurs, even from distant locations, but even major earthquakes do not give any reliable advanced warning. Again, any predictions given will be very rough and based on estimates and seismic trends, all of which requires recording tremors.
Confused?
