The only thing you are forced to do is to not turn a person down because of her race, gender, religious belief and sexual orientation.
You can never be forced to employ someone BECAUSE they're gay or Christian or Hispanic. They still have to meet the requirements of the job description.
All gay people are part of a family of some sort, why would they want to destroy other people's families?
What is a pro family institution, btw? A wedding chapel in Vegas? Or an IVF clinic?
Pedophilia, or rather the action due to it, is a crime. Two adults of the same gender having consensual sex in the privacy of their home is NOT a crime, and it hurts no-one else.

On some jobs, a person has to pass a criminal background check in order to qualify for working that particular job. One of those would be for working in daycare. Number one, a pedophile would not qualify for working with children because of his criminal history. Number two, depending on his risk level, the pedophile cannot come within a certain range of a school or place where minors gather without at the very least an escort by another adutlt who is not a pedophile.
