I have to admitt to not looking at this particular fossil and studying it as much as I should to be commenting on it. I did do a pretty close look at it in a museum one time and it looked a little fake to me at the time.

Thank you Jim Nobody, your not a paleontologist nor are you an expert on fossils, so what gives you the crediblity to say wiether or not it's real. But the huge complete skeletons they have up on display are plaster replicas. The real fossils are the ones that are behind class or in the back of the muesuem so that no one can damage or destroy them.
