That makes no sense whatsoever... Why do they insist on making up their own versions of history and definitions of terms? I mean, it's not like you'd find many other people espousing this crap.

That wacky God, doing a great miracle to show off his power to all the world- then doing twenty miracles to hide the first one.

Being an apologist requires making up excuses to try to explain biblical myths. You'd think God could have made life a little easier for them.

What the hell? If everything conveys meaning, and God removed everything that conveyed meaning to "confound" things, then why does the universe still exist?
This is beyond stupid.

To be fair, the mental gymnastics these people do to try and use reason with the Bible is pretty much Olympic level, I have to sit back in awe occasionally to appreciate the ridiculousness of it all.

Yet they claim the stratification of fossils, which also "conveys information" is due to magical hydrological sorting. Why wasn't stratification similarly confounded?

"It's likely the sea stains were erased just after the Tower of Babel. Sea stains are a form of language and it would have been confounded like everything else."
Fundy's really are becoming more and more delusional, aren't they?

The problem for you, biblehumping, isn't that there's no evidence of flooding, but that there is too much of it. We know to expect 'water stains' from a global flood because we already see flood evidence in other places spread across geological time. There have been hundreds of floods going back thousands of years, to well before any possible "tower of babel", the evidence for which was not confounded. In all that evidence we find nothing to support the concept of a single world-wide flood and plenty to refute it.
