Quote# 71156
Many people think that Star Wars is a good movie. This may be entertaining, but in fact it is evil. Why, you ask, is a tool for millions of Satan's favorite movie? The answer is the police force.
Throughout all three movies, people always said that in May the Force be with you. However, what is power? In the "angel" Obi-Wann Karboi said, "It's something inside all living creatures." But, is it not God?
Police make people like the devil. Luke is a "teaching" the dirty, wizened, dwarf substitute for God, Yoda make things flying in the air TELEKENISIS. This is the devil!
Darth Vader should be a good evil and Owen en. This is not correct. They are evil, because Owen En hope Luke (a desecration of the things the name of the devil, biological) use of such super-senses feeling and get good. George Lucas is telling us that the Jewish Christians, God is not enough, and want us to believe, at a higher secular human force. Tell Jesus, George!
The R2 - D2 is the mute false god Baal who children are told is "cool." It so cool when you play God, and that your position? I do not think so!
believer in christ,

Uhh....
Wouldn't Darth and friends be the 'police'?
And if Star Wars insults any religion it would be Zen. They really bastardized it.

R2-D2 is Baal? As in, Ba'al Zebul, the god who the early Christians demonised into Beëlzebub? Seriously?
...I hope not.

This guy probably never saw the scene where the Ewoks worship C3PO or he would have imploded.

These ignorant dolts see Satan in everything. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't allow the use of mirrors.

You want Christianity in Star Wars?!
Do you know what happens when you add Christianity to Star Wars?!
THIS happens!

Re: Antichrist's post
It also does a reasonable hatchet job on Zorastrinism, as well as Zen...
If you take a closer look at the Sith & Jedi conflict, you can argue/rationalise the Jedi as followers of Ahura Mazda, while the Sith are Ahriman worshippers...
As for R2-D2 being "The mute false God, Baal", this is clearly untrue, as he can be quite talkative at times...
Granted to understand him, you need to understand Droidspeak, as his Intellex III CPU can't really handle the complexities of spoken Basic, & his vocabulator really needs upgrading, but some organics have managed to do this....

It started out straightforwardly enough for the first two sentences. The third seemed to change its mind half way through.
The fourth sentence had a zing of non sequiter about it, but proved to be relevant after all.
Things took a turn for the worse over the next couple of sentences, however, with random insertions of "in" making the point a bit obscure. And it all went a bit downhill from there.
The colourless green fourth paragraph slept cabbage furiously.
After that, the last paragraph was kind of a disappointment being merely an inexplicable-metaphor as unexplained-equivalence of the "A is B and C is B therefore A is C" form.
Final verdict: Will not read again.

It's also fiction. By the way, if you look a little closer, the religion they describe in the movie looks like the Christian one, only that it happens in a fictional parallel universe where the Judeo Christian idea of God is not present. Please, a little fantasy.

Coincidentally, Fanfiction.net was one the first things that made me start to doubt the existence of god.
No larger collection of failures of humanity has been amassed as on that site.

Look up "Shinji and Warhammer 40k" perhaps you'll make a few exceptions for your claim.
