This plan of yours has some rather glaring flaws. For example, this might quickly guarantee a shortage of virgins... and an overabundance of people who have been rendered unable to have sex on the account of not being virgins any more.

Ooooooh, fascinating.... but I've heard an awesome development that occurred recently (geologically speaking). It's called "medical diagnosis". It's done by observing symptoms and deducing what kind of disease the patient has. Unfortunately for you, these days, spiritual matters have generally been ignored in this deduction, because other causes explain things adequately.
