There are no police forces assigned to each race. The fact that so many minority murders go unsolved and uninvestigated is because of the sad fact that some police officers, being human, are still racist and may not report the crime for what it really is.
If, say, a skeleton is found then foresic teams are called in to do their best to identify the victim and find evidence of what likely happened to them regardless of gender, age, income or ethnicity. However, they don't control the rest of the legal system; once they've done their job they can only hope that the killer(s) is brought to justice.

All of the unsolved rapes and murders in black "communities" could very well be the work of multiple black serial criminals. The thing is, rape and murder are just so damned common in black communities, it's hard to find a pattern amongst all the lawlessness..

All this about serial killers just shows the irrational nature of human fear. Of the thousands killed in this country each year, few are killed by serial killers, but they get the best press. More people die in drownings and boating accidents than shark attacks, but the shark pic on the news is better than a man overboard. Ditto plane crashes. Yet almost no-one minds getting in their car, despite personally knowing one (or more)of the thousands who died each year.

Here's an example of pro-racism. (That's what I call it anyway). I see it a lot with Asians, that racists set this high standard for them and the ones that don't reach it feel like failures. Trust me, there's several poor Asians in the U.S. who do commit crimes.
