So, God created them naked. They were released into the garden naked. Only after they learned the knowledge of good and evil did they seek clothes.
Therefore, they knew being naked was evil. God created them, and left them, in a state of evil, or decided it was evil afterwards.
Three choices:
Any way you take it, your god is not perfect. With A, god ends up as "might makes right", and an arbitrary being who lies to screw people over. B implies hat god is not the constant, unchanging deity of your myths. C implies that god is subject to some outside morality, and therefore, one does not need god to be moral.

If nudity was inherently shameful, and "god" "gave" us this "knowledge", like, at birth, why do little kids like to run around naked? And why is it so damn comfortable to sit around in nothing but what I was born in? Why does it feel so freeing?

Millions of vacationers at places like the city Cape D'Agde in South France on the Cote D'Azur, 50,000 - 100,000 people all naked seems to do A-Ok and have no problems with nudity.
I spent quite a bit of time during the summer at those places as a kid.

As I said in an earlier posting, being naked is not lascivious when everyone is naked. It's quite the most innocent thing, and gives a sense of freedom. Only someone who is warped by sexual depravation would find common nudity on a beach upsetting or arousing. I pity such.
What could possibly be more irrational than to think that naked Amerindians are accustomed to it just because they're too perverted to care about the totally obvious evil and sin of their visible nipples?

Not everyone is as retarded when it comes to nudity as Americans. Some cultures do not have a nudity taboo at all, others have outgrown the taboos as they have become more enlightened, like Europeans. Up in Canada we don't freak out at the sight of a female nipple. You people need to grow up.

I was famous in my family, and among their friends, for spontaneously stripping and running around naked whenever the mood struck until I was about four. I guess that God was busy when he was supposed to tell me that nakedness is wrong. Or, perhaps, my American parents kidnapped me from one of those tribes in National Geographic?
Seriously though. Outside the Muslim World there are few cultures who have such fucked up nudity taboos as we do. They tend to be Hellholes that I wouldn't even send my least favorite fundies to. Mostly I wear clothes because I live in Minnesota and would either freeze or be entirely consumed by mosquitoes if I didn't.
It IS a cultural thing. In many areas, however, nudity is impractical or a health hazard. The colder the climate, the fewer nudists you'll see since hardcore nudists have a higher chance of getting frost bite, hypothermia, pneumonia and dying from exposure to the elements.
And no, modesty is not natural. Infants and toddlers have no problems walking around naked. It takes a while to convince a kid to leave their clothes on.

Also Adam and Eve did not sin. Without knowledge you are not responsible for your actions. One cannot treat the actions of an individual without understanding the underlying mental processes. If a person genuinely doesn't understand a problem and makes a bad decision, its not their fault. Which is why we educate our children for nearly 2 decades before we unleash them out on the world. Without that knowledge a child is regarded as "feral" and not subject to our laws and "quite frankly dangerous". Its tragic when we find those children.

actually... the only thing preventing me from stripping off all my clothes and going for a nice lil walk stark naked are two things:
1. the weather. its fucking cold outside and im not in the mood to catch a chill which can later result in the flu or the common cold.
2. the law. if i do this i can be arrested for public indecency (indecent exposure) which is expressed by the governing laws of the United States of America and NOT God and the Bible.
