Why exactly was evolution necessary?
And why are you stuck with thinking that it happened on Earth?
Where is the proof? There is none. There is no evidence that one species ever evolved into another. The only thing evident is that there are many different similar creatures that existed at apparently different times, and many that co-existed.
Why exactly do most people refuse to think outside the box?
Why exactly do most people automaticly toss out the idea that Earth was in fact colonized by people from other worlds?
Who were these people and where did they go?
who were they
And look at the skulls of these Egyptian mummies. They are of a different species that modern man. Where did they go?

Because it's a fucking stupid idea, that's why.
"And look at the skulls of these Egyptian mummies. They are of a different species that modern man."
Citation needed, and not from a web site.
1. Living things that aren't adapted to their environment tend to die pretty quickly.
2. Who says it happened on Earth alone? If there is other life out there, then it's probably evolved, too.
3. Transitional fossils and many observations of smaller changes in species over the last few centuries.
4. The box is comfy. Oh, and "thinking outside the box" is not the same as accepting crazy theories unquestioningly.
5. There's no evidence for it whatsoever, but there is plenty of evidence of us evolving from endemic primates.
As for Egyptian mummies, their skulls aren't that different. The differences in their shape were done manually (ie, shaping an infants head before the skull begins knitting itself in a permanent shape) or were caused by trauma to the head (phaorohs did go into battle and blunt weapons were used alongside blades). If you look at the mummies of commoners at the time (rare as they are since they weren't deliberately mummified) their skulls look just like modern skulls.
There is no evidence that one species evolved into another because that's not how evolution works.
And "thinking outside the box" doesn't mean that you should accept every wacko idea that someone comes up with as valid.

I don't. What I do toss out is the idea that those colonists were our ancestors or that they coexisted with us. I wouldn't be surprised if there were alien settlements on Earth say 70 million years ago, 132 million years ago, even 5 million years ago. Planets had a much longer history than us so it makes sense they would land here at some point. But for what ever reason they left before we evolved.
Why do I toss that out?
1. We share 99% of our DNA with chimpanzees. If we were aliens we wouldn't share any DNA with anything on Earth.
2. We'd have their technology if they had ever coexisted with us.
Ahhh, the "think outside the box" argument. Here's a thought OhZone, why don't YOU think outside YOUR box, the one where the only explanation is aliens? CTers are always accusing everyone else of being a sheep but you guys are sheepily following only the "evidence" to support your ludicrous theories. So your media is different, but only consulting that is no less sheep-like than a person who learns everything they know from a tabloid. Maybe if you checked out the enormous body of information on the outside of your alien-box, you would have an answer to your question "Why exactly do most people automaticly toss out the idea that Earth was in fact colonized by people from other worlds?" and come to see why Egyptians were just as human as you and me.
Ok, granted King Tut royal dome is a tad lumpy but it's not that out of the ordinary.

Here's another reconstructed Egyptian mummy head that looks pretty much like your average joe!

My startling conclusion, wait for it, is that these guys are just run of the mill humans, albeit from a different time and culture.
1. Its necessary because the environment is constantly changing. If you don't evolve you die.
2. Because it did.
3. So care to explain where were all the elephants when T-Rex was running around?
4. Because the box is full of good ideas while outside the box is full of bad ideas. Sometimes you have to leave the box to understand the box, however it doesn't change the fact that the box is correct...
5. Because that is retarded since you have no proof.
6. The Egyptians had space travel?
"Where is the proof? There is none. There is no evidence that one species ever evolved into another."
"Why exactly do most people automaticly toss out the idea that Earth was in fact colonized by people from other worlds?"
Ahem, Fail.
I can accept that there might be something of a difference between Egyptian royalty and Egyptian commoners--but not due to them being different species. The royals had a bad habit of inbreeding, thus allowing traits that would otherwise remain recessive to show up in their offspring. However, they were all human. There wasn't enough time or enough separation (seriously, it's a sure bet that not all babies born to royal Egyptian women were fathered by their royal husbands--people are people, and some of them undoubtedly screwed around with commoners, thus allowing the royal bloodline to last longer with the occasional infusion of healthy genes) for them to turn into different species. If a modern person went back in time and had sex with some of those royals, they could produce 100% human offspring with them.
Evolution's necessity or otherwise is irrelevent, it just is. It is the means by which there is the current diversity of life. But as someone once said any sufficiently advanced science will seem like magic. Which is why to a gullible moron with all the educational and reasoning skills of a ragworm, evolution sounds as though it is magic or 'Above Top Secret'.
First off, I applaud Smilodon for using a Nostalgia Critic GIF.
Second, we're all part Cylon OhZone, didn't you know?
@Smilodon
Remove that now.
@Mech610
The Nostalgia Critic should not be used as a measure of quality or humor. I used to be a fan, but upon thinking I realized he cares nothing about representing his targets honestly. Comedy is about honesty, and criticism even more so. By deliberatley misrepresenting his targets, he fails on both levels.
Confused?
