There is absolutly no proof to any of it
Science doesn't deal in proof; that's for mathematicians and liquor producers. However, there's more than enough evidence for common ancestry and the Theory of Evolution that explains it to remove any reasonable doubt. However, fundies teach us that there's still plenty of unreasonable doubt going around.
