Then I want to see you get sued for yet ANOTHER attempt at forcing your mythology down our children's throats and watch you flail around in court without any legal help from all those lawyers you just threw under the bus. I'll take a vacation, go to the trial, buy a huge tub of popcorn and have the best laugh of my life watching you continue to dig an even deeper hole for yourselves.

:eyroll: Yet another idiot who thinks atheists worship Darwin or Satan. I guess I missed another memo. I do agree with #1136784 above. They have God so ingrained into their lives they just can't understand how we can function without worshiping something, so they make up false claims that we worship ourselves, Darwin, science, material possessions, or whatever in place of God. It's not true and they'll never understand it. I was actually asked by a fundie how I can get through my day without worshiping God. It's very easy. I wake up, shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, and go about my day without worrying about what this or that god doesn't like or if I'm not pleasing a certain god in the right way. It's stupid and not something I need in my life.

And as far as Revelation 22:18, I think someone should tell that to Andy Schafly and everyone involved with the Conservative Bible Project. Of course they'll just claim it's some of that liberal bias and take it out of their version.

In that case, I can republish - with revisions - the Bible. Because it's just a book of fairytales; as in with not a single shred of evidence to back up anything it says. Ergo, everything in it - including Revelation 22:18-19 - is fiction. QED.

True. But scientific theories are not to be revised through rampant mudslinging. There's a whole process in place for that, with experiments, logical deductions, peer reviews and whatnot.

Which is why the Christian Bible will never be edited to be a readable book. Every campaign to sell the Bible as a "fun" book has been a failure. Everyone knows you'd greatly benefit from throwing away all of the boring, badly written and ridiculous baggage, and focus on issues that actually matter to the people - but you can't do that, because messing with the Bible is something one can't do.

Oh yes, a good demonstration how Christianity is a religion that works for the betterment of the society and offers comprehensive set of values that are based on respect for one's authority in workplace and society. NOT.

There are probably several religions that claim lawyers go to hell, but I'm fairly certain Christianity isn't among them. Except in case of the fundies, who tend to get away with spouting borderline treasonous claptrap about rotten earthly governments.

Ray Comfort can write anything he wants about the Origin of The Species. 1st ammendment and everyone in this FREE country has the right to freedom of speech. SAME GOES FOR THE LIBERALS, THE LEFTIES, AND THE ATHIESTS AND/OR SCIENTISTS who refuse to believe in your Bible and your version of "God".

Now that this is put into perspective we can move on to point number two. Even your own "people" of your faith... and even those from different clicks of your faith, from what I understand completely and totally excersize this very same right when it comes to the Bible, its interpretation, and mistranslation errors or personal beliefs.
