Darwinianism says might makes right
survival of the strongest and fittest.
Actually it doesn't make either claim. Evolution has no bearing on whats right or wrong, it's not a worldview or an ideology. Nor does it make any claims about the virtue of strength. "Fittest" in the terms of natural selection desn't mean what ever is strongest, it means refers to a species fitness to thirve in it's enviromental niche.
We teach our kids that from pre-school and up.
Then you are doing it wrong.
If God doesn’t exist
then anyone can do anything
People always have done whatever they wanted. If there have been consequences they have come from society, not from your god.
as long as they are either stronger, smarter, or luckier than their opponents.
That's how the world works, with or without your "god".
So the evolutionist can’t argue for justice outside of each person’s evolved mindset. Then you would be saying they evolved WRONGLY
Evolution isn't a worldview, mindset, or ideology. Evolutionary theory doesn't deal with morality, society does. The theory of evolution is concerned solely with with genetic changes of vast periods of time, it is not, nor is it claimed to be, a guide to, or the governing principles of, the actions of anybody.
And since evolution is purely chance
If you would actually study evolutionary theory then you would know that it is not based on random chance in the slightest. While chance does play a small role in evolution it is in no way it's driving force.
then evolutionist have no reason to say a man can’t rape a woman.
Why not? Evolution doesn't define morality, society does. That's why you don't see people on trial for murder claiming that evolution says its ok to murder.
