Being born to an American citizen makes you one by default, period.
4/8/2010 4:38:53 AM
How can you type this crap with a serious face?
4/8/2010 4:44:32 AM
You hold American nationality the minute you´re born in American soil. He was born in Hawai. End of the story.
4/8/2010 6:06:58 AM
I've never seen anywhere where having dual citizenship as a child and then choosing American citizenship means you're not a natural born citizen.
And what does ethnicity or religion have to do with anything? Oh right, you think that his dad is really a Muslim Arab, so then Obama can't be an American. After all, all true Americans are white Christian Republicans.
At least this one isn't demanding to see the birth certificate or claiming it was forged.
4/8/2010 6:32:26 AM
Well, if we're going by ethnicity alone, you're not an American either (unless you're a Native American).
4/8/2010 7:02:43 AM
Where he was born is ALL that matters....clearly this person has never taken a 7th grade civics class....I could run across the border from mexico squat on the beach and pop out a baby and that baby would be an american citizen.

Churchy La Femme
"It doesn't matter where he was born."
Actually, that's the most important thing.
"his father was NOT an American,"
Irrelevant. It's not required that parents be citizens.
"his parents were NOT legally married"
Irrelevant. It's not required that parents be married.
"his father's ethnicity is Arabic, not Negro"
"his father's religion is Muslim"
"he held dual citizenship"
That another country recognizes dual citizenship has no effect on US citizens.

Reality: It burns the stupid.

And yet you people couldn't stop kissing McCain's ass even though he was born in Panama*. The people who needed to see the certificate saw it. Can you conservobots PLEASE move on to criticizing policy now? And no, HE'S A COMMIE isn't criticizing policy either.
And, um, IIRC, citizenship is granted if a person is born either on American soil or to an American citizen abroad. It has nothing to do with whether both the parents are citizens (only one needs to be), whether the parents are legally married, or whether one of the parents is Arab. WTF.
*yes, I realize he is also legally eligible to serve as president because he was born on U.S. territory, to citizens. I was just pointing out the contradiction. Amazing how nobody questions the white guy's legitimacy.
4/8/2010 7:27:56 AM
Wow, deja vu!
Blah blah blah Kenyan blah blah blah Muslim blah blah blah Uppity Nigger blah blah blah.
4/8/2010 8:22:56 AM
Yama the Space Fish
Luo people are Arabic now?
4/8/2010 8:47:08 AM
Just fucking admit that you don't want a black guy in the White House. At least then you'd have the virtue of honesty you scrote.
4/8/2010 9:17:01 AM
The whole birther issue boils down to "we don't want anyone but a rich, white, Christian man in the White House."
Twenty bucks says that if McCain won, the birthers wouldn't have been yelling to see his birth certificate and claiming that he's inelegible to be president since he was born in Panama.
But then again, McCain is a rich, white Christian guy.
4/8/2010 11:38:17 AM
Yeah, brother. All those tax dollars are ending up in Kenya . . . and those donations to Al Qaeda that he is claiming as "charitable" on his income taxes . . .

Angry birfer is angry!
4/8/2010 1:36:17 PM
He was born on American soil. It doesnt matter even if his parents were both illegals and not married..Obama would STILL be a natural citizen...all other countries laws be damned, they do not trump our citizenship clause.
4/8/2010 2:31:26 PM
Hey, Nuts, for the record, what country are you from and where's your birth certificate?
4/8/2010 3:24:28 PM
Percy Q. Shunn
Hmmm; he rides nuts. There's a joke in there somewhere...
4/8/2010 6:39:24 PM
His father was a black Arab. Arabs are a loosely defined ethnicity, not a race. As such, you can have Caucasian Arabs (light-skinned, usually from countries that are further north, with Persian influence) or black Arabs (dark-skinned, generally from countries in or near Africa).
4/8/2010 6:41:03 PM
"At this point, however, they will stop at nothing to keep the facts concealed, because it demonstrates their complicity."
"Hey, we're complicit in this; and just to prove it we're going to conceal some facts! Booyah!"
"He held both U.S. and Kenyan citizenship as a child, but lost his Kenyan citizenship automatically on his 23rd birthday. "
Um, that might be at least partly to do with the fact that he was born in the United States, making him a natural born U.S. citizen.
4/9/2010 12:19:50 AM
Yes, a black man is POTUS. No, whining about citizenship laws you don't understand is not going to change that. Get over it, you stupid, inbred, racist fuck.
4/9/2010 4:12:12 AM
I'm not going to trust anything a man calling himself "Nut Rider" has to say...
4/9/2010 12:16:05 PM
If you are going to be a nutter, at least be a nutter with your facts right. Arabs are people who speak Arabic.
Obama's father was Luo; they speak Luo as a first language, and usually Kikuyu, Swahili and English as well. They don't speak Arabic.
4/9/2010 5:20:07 PM
This post just reaks of contradictions.
First off, it's 2010, the birth certificate issue died years ago, get with the times. Also, how is the media trying to cover up something when the internet is a form of media? Don't you think if he wasn't a natural born citizen, he wouldn't be in office?
Like someone, #1144883 before me, just say you don't want a anyone else but white in the white house. At least we'd respect you a little better.
