Who in their right mind would want a bigoted asshole like baileysmom influencing their kids?
A person hiding his or her true identity is probably more dangerous to others, than a person who is true to himself or herself.
I bet it's still VERY difficult for an openly gay teacher to get a job, and I doubt there are hordes of heterosexual teachers who don't get jobs because of gays taking their jobs.
That is one of the oldest fear-mongering techniques in the book: The OTHERS are taking our jobs!

Really? Did the school district in your town actually put out hiring positions to homosexuals only?
