And exactly WHY should they? There's no connection between law and Christianity -- and even less between logic and Christianity, to address that other issue that was raised.
As for \"liberal\" courts -- would that be those courts such as the one run by Judge Jones in Dover, PA, who was appointed by George W. Bush personally, hand-picked as a conservative judge?

Liberal courts? The ones whose justices were picked mostly by Republican presidents?
Guess what, they're upholding the Constitution by not taking religious opinions into consideration.
