For an organization that's always bitching about not getting enough funding or manpower, they sure seem to be quite capable of finding out where every single one of these thousands of crashes is, getting there before anyone else, and hauling them away without anyone noticing.

These are some pretty incompetent aliens. They develop all this technology, travel light years to monitor the humans (silly in of itself), and are always crashing. I don't think we want this technology.
