I'm not talking out of two sides of my mouth. I just beleive that if the person wants something bad, they deserve it, if they want something good, they deserve it. I would like divorce outlawed to reduce the stupid peoples marriage decisions that end in divorce. Make the penalty high enough, and the problem will be solved.
So you want to outlaw divorce but you are in favour of people leaving the marriage if the circumstances make them unhappy. Please illustrate how this works.

Yupyup. If a person is abused by their spouse, it is because they just didn't have enough foresight to realize that 20 years down the line, their spouse's parents would die and, in response, their spouse would start drinking heavily and fly into rages while drunk.
If people would just plan ahead for that sort of thing, then we wouldn't have all these abuse problems.
