So it's not enough that he's an absolute batshit wingnut. You won't associate with him because he not a good enough Christian?

Well at least one of the fruits on the right is calling Beck out...for the wrong reasons, but at least calling him out

Just because you don't like somebody, doesn't mean you can they're automatically not part of your little cult, excuse me, I mean club.

Well, he's right about the fact that the 'God' and 'Jesus' in the Book of Mormon are different from the ones in the Bible.
Yeah, they guy's a lunatic. But I gotta admit it's refreshing to see a lunatic who doesn't follow Beck.

"The 'jesus' of the Mormon cult is the natural offspring of their 'god' Elohim who had sex with Mary, meaning their jesus is a created being and NOT a deity as the Bible teaches,"
Wait -- I thought the Bible taught that God did impregnate Mary. You know, that whole angel telling her and all? Granted, it's not clear if he had actual sex with her or just diddled her ovaries, but still .....

I do hope this means they'll begin feeding on their own. I know it was bound to happen, but if this is just the start, it looks like it's going to be fun to watch.

Both books are full of BS. Regardless of what you might think about them, Mormons consider themselves Christian. Get over it.
@Godbuster
That is a really pointless argument. It's Kirk, of course.

You could care less what Beck chooses to believe? So, you actually do care what he believes?
You have to say couldn't care less, if you want to show that you are totally uninterested, ya know.
So his bunch of fairy tale myths are not the same as your fairy tale myths? Big deal!

Man, I was hoping one of you was finally going to get some sense and call Beck out for being totally nuts, but you just don't like that he's a Mormon. Go figure.

Actually, I would not make fun of this post at all. This post could be a breakthrough if the right people latched onto it. Evangelicals and Fundamentalists consider Mormonism a non-Christian cult. This information could turn them off of Glen Beck and make them distrust everything he says (because they are incredibly black and white in their thinking) which could split that Right-wing GOP base.
I'm not going to mock that possibility.

I doubt Beck has much of an interest in Mormonism or Christianity. His real goal is to start his own cult. That's where the big money is.

Actually, I'm not sure how much Glen Beck actually believes anything he's saying these days. I thought I heard or read somewhere that he's basically in it for the money (and maybe the lulz). Like, he basically knows he's little more than a glorified entertainer and that his audience shouldn't take much of what he says too seriously. I guess the question is, does his audience know that? Apparently not. >_>
EDIT: Kirk is cool, but Picard has his merits. Actually, since I'm not that familiar with the world of Star Trek overall, I'm just gonna skip all that and put in a vote for Bright Noa. ;)

Since my uncle was a Mormon I'll choose words carefully. Mormonism is not Satanic nor evil. It is hot without fault but it does have beauty too. I don't care what Beck or you believe. I do care Beck is rather an insult to Mormons, and hetero white guys.
