So you've filed nuisance suits against this woman because she disagrees with you, and she's the one who doesnt want to be honest?
Are you retarded?
NOT EVERYONE WHO DISAGREES WITH YOU IS THE DEVIL.

...she does the devil's work...
This woman, the devil...
You do know the devil is just an imaginary boogeyman, right? Oh hell, he's an elected official. Missouri is fucked.
she's figured out how to really damage our efforts to do amendments to the Constitution, to do initiatives for other conservative, good government things.
Translation: "She won't let us have our way and trample all over the rights of people! Waaaah!"
Sounds like she's the best thing for Missouri right now.
We've litigated against her. Some of it, to be candid, is nuisance.
Way to admit you've filed frivilous lawsuits to suit your political agenda. And you demonized her by saying she does everything for one thing in mind: politics of the left, and her own advancement. So I guess it's OK when you do it, but not anyone opposed to you?

I would have thought that statement was enough to have Martin classed as a 'vexatious litigant'.

Come on and say it: you're just angry because you can't comprehend why she's not in the kitchen and about to replace the right-wing Kit Bond.
Say it with me *ahem*: "Well the devil's got a hold of Ed Martin."

I love it. He calls her obstructionist, and then admits to launching frivolous lawsuits against her. Classic!

"initiatives for other conservative, good government things."
?
Sounds like a contradiction of terms.
" Some of it, to be candid, is nuisance. We're sort of tussled with her to try to keep her honest."
Sounds more like "harassed her with idiocy to make her less effective". But that's because I know how you Repubs roll.

Wow. I don't think I've EVER seen that as an insult before. Thanks for showing us that you really are pandering to an anti-intellectual base.

Well, you see, she does things, and stuff. And she's mean, and the devil, and, you know, we sued her, but the judge was mean too, see. And she's lied, you know, about stuff. And things.

Nothing makes me cringe more than the term "anti-life." Even when I was one of those "no exceptions" pro-lifers, I still at least had the decency to call them "pro-abortion." "Anti-life" implies that you want to nuke everything and totally irradiate the earth, making it uninhabitable. I'm pretty sure nobody holds that position.

Dear FSM, you can't even write a coherent sentence and you have political power? I REALLY hope you are the dumbest politician in Missouri because if you're not then I feel sorry for that state.
And Robin Carnahan, you haven't heard the last of her, I assure you. She's going to be running for the United States Senate.
What I've learned is that anyone fundies considers to be 'the devil' ends up being a decent, upstanding citizen so I'm glad she's running for the US Senate.
And, you know, it's an amazing thing. But, we have sued her. And have put her on the spot. We've litigated against her.
On what grounds? You know, "she's the devil" is not a charge you can either prove or sue for.
Some of it, to be candid, is nuisance.
I'd say it's ALL a nuisance and not only that but it sounds frivolous too.
We're sort of tussled with her to try to keep her honest. To be candid, it doesn't work on her. Because she doesn't need to be honest, doesn't want to be honest.
Says the man running the smear campaign. At least, I can only hope it's a smear campaign. If you actually think she's the devil then you're insane and unfit for office.
