They turn the child in the womb, pierce its skull with a tube, suck out its brains so that the child will slip through the birth canal easier. And sell the remains to the highest bidder. cosmetics companies, for colegen.

Collagen?
No, that's the one where they boil dead cow and pig skins and skeletons and get the gooey joint shit out.
Also gelatin. Which, oddly enough, is in Skittles. SRSLY.
Say it with me now...
SOURCE OR GTFO.
During the late Roman Empire, anti-Christian propagandists spread rumors of how Christians ritually sacrificed and devoured babies during their communion rituals. It was a cheap ploy to help the petty middle-management and power seekers divert public attention away form the fact that the empire was falling apart. The rumors were pure slander of course, but they were very effective in stirring up disgust and hatred towards Christians.
And now we see that the wheel has turned full circle.
Badly/inaccurately described late term abortion procedure. Fetus is first euthanized via sedative/sodium pentathol injection to the just-severed umbilicus (identical compound is used to painlessly euthanize pets), then forceps are applied to align the dead embryo for removal with a suction canula (tube). Sometimes the head is removed or crushed to facilitate removal. Once again, the preceding was a description of Late Term abortion. Late term abortions ain't pretty, but they are performed humanely, and they are not common.
The vast majority of abortions are performed much earlier, and just the sedative/sodium pentathol infusion causes uterine contractions and spontaneous miscarriage, or for somewhat later in the pregnancy, after euthanasia, suction is used to remove the dead embryo.
The rest of the post is just ridiculous, as remains of aborted embryos are treated as hazardous medical waste. ending up in a medical waste incinerator. OP implies a scenario where I wonder why they didn't claim that the "highest bidders" also want aborted embryos for the exotic foods market in Asia, as a side dish with tiger penis soup.
Cosmetic companies get their collagen from coelenerates (sea anemones and corals) or from processed cow skin tissue.
Confused?
