What sort of advice is that? If any women has to watch her daughter be beaten, let alone beaten near to death, by her husband she shouldn't just sit around praying to any god. Praying is fine, so long as she actually gets help. You're advice only includes prayer! If someone is being abused like that, what you really out to do is provide them with a website or phone line for people in abusive domestic environments so that they can get out!
And really nice job, implying that all Muslim women have Muslim husbands and that every Muslim man is a raging misogynist who enjoys beating his daughters and threatening to kill them.
Also, I applaud you for noticing that the misogynistic flaws in the Qur'an and your absolute blindness to the same thing in your own holy book. Nice job there.

In any case, I can vouch for the fact that Christian women get beaten up as well. My wife (who is a believer) was in just such a relationship when I met her.
