This guy Hal Turner is a notorious racist, but also an FBI informant. When he wrote the above, he may have been trying to weed out people to inform on. And I seriously doubt he is a Christian... he is a white supremacist and views Christianity as nothing more than a symbol of "good wholesome 1950s style American whiteness". His FBI informant status was revealed in a federal court where he is undergoing trial for saying three federal judges ought to be killed for supporting a gun ban in Connecticut.

When a fundie school board puts bronze age creation myths in a science course, the board members should be attacked, beaten and if neccesary, KILLED. When a teabagger disrupts a town meeting because he can't process the reality that Obama won the election, that person should be attacked, beaten or even KILLED. Violence works.
