My argument is if marriage is between two people who love eachother homosexuals can't marry because being gay is not about love it's about lust. The average gay person has hundreds of relationships. They dont love eachother they just want to have sex with eachother. But of course marriage isn't about love itself it's a man and a woman who love eachother so homosexuals don't fit eather catagory'

And here I was foolishly thinking I actually loved my partner. Thank you for telling me what I REALLY feel.

And of course, no STRAIGHT people marry just so they can have sex, now do they...?

They don't have much discussion at ArmorGames.

How the heck do you know what two gay people feel for each other? How would you feel if I said that what you feel for your wife/husband is just lust, not love?
The average gay person probably has slightly fewer relationships than the average straight person, as it's easier to find a straight person to have a relationship with.

Marriage is not just about love, either. It's about economic stability, mutual responsibility, security, and inheritance laws.

Btw, "each other" is not one word.

First, that's not an argument. Alcohol fueled delusion maybe, but not an argument.

Second, if the rates of divorce and domestic violence in the US are anything to go by, homosexual marriage may be the best thing for loving wedlock in some time.

Third, you do seem to have a lot of knowledge of the gay sex scene...do tell.

holt23, yet more proof that the empty vessel is indeed the one making the most racket.

It's fun to watch them try to wrap their heads around their own staunch belief in the fact that gays are promiscous and at the same time want the right to binding monogamous relationships. Fun but also a bit sad and annoying.

Your own lack of loveless heterosexual encounters proves zilch!

Your second point is the logical error known as 'begging the question'.
Glad I could help.

Well it sounds like you're ane expert on homosexuality.

You're trying to tell me that some heterosexuals don't get married because they're good in bed? True, such marriages based on sex rarely last, but I'm sure it happens on occasion.

And why is it that homophobes claim that gays have hundereds of sex partners as if it's a terrible thing, but they secretly think that a heterosexual man having sex with hundereds of different women is to be admired?

It seems all my gay friends are speaking in some sort of strange code. Apparently when they sit there looking adorably happy while talking about their same-sex monogamous partners, what they're actually saying is "I had sex with seventeen different people last night!" I had no idea.

Quit fucking up my favorite flash games site you stupid assface jerktits!

We do not need your stupid. You have obviously never been around actual gay people. Movies aren't full of true facts moron, neither are 99% of TV shows.

Please shut up so I can play in peace.

Please direct me to the peer reviewed research that shows that the average gay person has hundreds of partners.

And even if that was so, whay do you get to decide what marriage is? Marriage clearly is not always about love. It is, and always has been, first and foremost an economic arrangement.

Hundreds? I only wish!

You have no fucking right to claim that two people that you've never even SEEN, let alone MET, don't love each other, you fucking asshole!

Of course there are people, be they straight, gay, or bi, in relationships that are pretty much just about sex. And there are plenty of straight people who really shouldn't have gotten married but did anyway. Ever read Pride and Prejudice? Mr. Bennett married Mrs. Bennett when he was young, and thought that he loved her, when really he was only attracted to her physically. Now that he's older, he realizes that he has zero respect for her. She's a selfish, childish, foolish woman, and he regrets marrying her. That novel takes place in like the 18th century, so I think theirs was a "traditional" marriage if I ever saw one. Since they married each other over lust and not love, does that mean "traditional" marriage shouldn't be allowed either?

By your logic, any couple whose relationship is about lust and not love should not be able to marry, so why does your comment only mention gay people? You think gay people are incapable of love? My God, it's been quite a while since I've been this pissed off, and I think it's the first time that I've used the following phrase: A big hearty "FUCK YOU!!!", holt23!!! I know at least four gay people and they are some of the most interesting and deep-thinking people I've met.

It's obvious you know shit about love.

*Yawn* I've heard this argument time and time again, yet it is never any less false. So the average gay person has hundreds of relationships? Citation please? If that is the case then I am way, way, way below average, since I currently have no partners or relationships.

You've never been kissed, have you, holt23? Stop envying other people their sex lives and try to work on your own.

I love how he goes on the tard rant, then says it's not about love itself, but about being straight.

I mean, you might as well tell us how you really feel after spouting your bullshit notion of gays being only about lust. Speaking of lust, it's common among heterosexual people.

9/2/2010 11:01:55 PM

Ok, that means that only 10% of the population can marry. Look at the divorce rate, if you don't believe me.

9/7/2010 9:39:11 AM

I'm well aware they don't think we have human feelings or are capable of love. They're pathetic bigots, pure and simple.

"The average gay person has hundreds of relationships."

How do you know this? Did some gay guy tell you he had or something?

Yeah, and I've had drunk straight guys tell me they've scored with over eleventy jillion women. I just nod my head and laugh to myself.

In other words, you don't have an argument. Next.

I only had TWO relationships with other women (I'm 23 with only two gay relationships. Odd, I know)
Loved them both. And never did the nasty with either, so I KNOW from personal experience that it's not about lust. And for Goddess' sake, LEARN TO SPELL!!!
