Quote# 75730

So the raped person can never be responsible for the rape? They can never be at fault it seems. No matter how much they seem to desire being truly dominated and no matter how much they 'let it happen', they are never the one to blame? You can never say she was 'asking for it'. . . but to be raped, that's the gift of ulitmate control, complete dominance and complete submission.

Oh yeah, vilify this guy and then go on about prison rape, that isn't the least bit hypocritical.

Is this another edition of "when she says 'no', she means 'yes'"? So when DOES she mean "no"? Nothing short of a halberd to the brain, I suppose?!

you're thinking of BDSM kink, not rape. Rape is never consensual and never the fault of the victim.

Um.. you would be correct in saying that the raped person can never be responsible for the rape.. and that they can never be at fault... and that they are never the one to blame... and that you can never say she was asking or it... the rest is disgusting rape apologist bull shit that causes me to wish you a slow and painful death.... preferably with a dick shoved in your mouth.

Oh, e_i-2. I really wanted to believe you're one of the sensible people on Love-Shy, but that ship sunk the LAST time you said something fucked up about rape.

Not everyone wants to be dominated. And rape, by definition, is without consent. So the victim can't responsible for a sex act forced on them. Seriously, what is wrong with you? What bump in the road of your development makes you think like that? Please beat yourself with the Common Sense Stick.

Well when you get raped in prison well see how much you were asking for it.

So the raped person can never be responsible for the rape? They can never be at fault it seems.

And that's how it should be, you fucking lunatic.

No matter how much they seem to desire being truly dominated and no matter how much they 'let it happen', they are never the one to blame?

There's a HUGE difference between domination play and rape but the biggest part of that difference is CONSENT. From what I've seen from the quotes on this website, for some reason people have a problem understanding this simple concept.

but to be raped, that's the gift of ulitmate control, complete dominance and complete submission.

No, you evil little parasite, rape is not a gift of any sort. And if people are into domination and submission there's always the consensual S&M or even consensual rape play (as in role-playing a rape), but actual rape is never an option because it (by definition) is non-consensual.

Nope. Because the fault is the perpetrators. Not the victim. And that is one gift to be given back ten fold to the perpetrator.

No, they can't. The entire definition of rape is "any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person". If the person wanted it, it wouldn't be forced, would it?

By definition if they consent it isn't rape...that's just bdsm at that point.

Rape isn't cool...what the fuck is wrong with you? How can you suggest rape VICTIMS wanted to be raped?

Dickhead...

I really, really don't like the part of me that says this, but I could think of no one who deserves to be raped more. Let's see how you like complete submission.

Yes. The raped person can NEVER be responsible for the rape, by the very definition of that crime.

but to be raped, that's the gift of ulitmate control, complete dominance and complete submission.

Well then let's try an experiment. You get raped and let us know how lucky you feel to have been given that gift.

Of course not! Just like a robbed person can never be responsible for the robbery, or a killed person can never be responsible for the murder.
The victims might have behaved foolishly or stupidly beforehand, but the murderer, the rapist and the robber are still fully responsible for their own actions.

The key words in your text are "seem to". If you really are into sado-machochism, then you KNOW that he or she desires to be dominated, because he/she has said it out loud, and you have a safe word agreed.
Not stopping at the safe word will also contstitute rape, ya know.
