As an American Indian I am so blessed that God took this country and set it up to promote freedom of religion.
Yes, what's a little genocide, stealing lands, violating human rights, and several treaties over the years. Plus I know of many Native Americans, most would never call themselves an "American Indian."
Otherwise our people would still be doing rain dances etc to try to apease [sic] the Gods.
Some people still do the traditional worship of Native Americans. Hell, I would be surprised if there was nobody still worshiping the gods of Ancient Greece or Egypt.
There was a lot of suffering and disgrace the way the people were treated, but there was a lot of false beliefs too.
So because they didn't worship the Christian god, they deserved genocide, land stolen, rape, discrimination and other atrocities by people and the government? Disgusting.
We had many men of God that wrote the constitution [sic] and bill of rights [sic] etc that were purposed to a righteoous [sic] cause.
You ignored two histories in your post, the history of the treatment of the Native Americans, and the history of the United States. In the history of the United States, while it's true that some of the men where religious, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights do NOT set up the stage for a Christian nation.
