Ever notice how your omnipotent god can only send messages in the form of commonly occuring weather phenomena? Now a hurricane in my part of Europe, that would be unexpected and such, but you rarely see one despite us being kind of secular and stuff.

I was just reading the projected path of Hurricane Earl. It looks as though it will hit Washington D.C. this week.
So why did every single protected path I saw made no indication whatsoever that it would strike DC. Having lived on the eastern shore of Maryland most of my life, I can tell you in no uncertain terms that a hurricance coming into the Cheseapeke is a very, very rare event.
Notice that Obama is suppose to meet with Abbas/Bibbi tomorrow.
So your "god" sent a hurricane to prevent a peace talks between the Israelis and Palistinians. So much for a loving and benevolent god tat allows us free will.

Apparently not, seeing as how it didn't even come close.

Ah yes the past couple of days in DC have been lovely. It's going to be hot for the next few though, that's about it. @Giveitaday, pretty much on the money. The worst I can remember was when hurricane Isabel hit, and that was almost 10 years ago.
